Graveside services were held Tuesday, April 28, 2015, in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home Directed. Ms. Rutland is survived by her siblings, JoAnn King of Martin, Tennessee, Gayle Butler of Millbrook, Alabama, and Mike Rutland of Alexander City, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Rutland and Lois Rutland Sims; sister, Myrna Curry and special friend, Jimmy Allen. She leaves behind several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She is now able to rest in peace in the loving arms of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
