Noble, known to her family and friends as “Jennie”, passed away at East Alabama Medical Center on Tuesday, November 07, 2017, at the age of 61. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017, at 12:00 noon at the First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Dric Williford officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. She is survived by her husband, Arthur S. Noble, IV, of Tallassee, Alabama; daughter, Regan A. Noble of New Town, PA; mother-in-law, Ann O. Noble; sisters-in-law Michele Wickerham of Boston, MA and Baba Groom (Robin Johnson) of St. Michaels, MD; brothers-in-law, Scott Noble of Stafford, VA, James H. Noble of Tallassee, Al, John R. Walker (Frances) of Baton Rouge, LA and several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Virginia Wickerham and her brother, Wendell E. Wickerham. Jennie was known for her love of family and friends and various dogs throughout her life. She was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church of Tallassee and had a deep and abiding faith in God. Jennie was a proud graduate of Duke University with multiple degrees including a Master’s Degree in Germanic Languages. The family will receive friends Friday, November 17, at 11:00AM until service time at the church.
