Funeral services will be Saturday, December 09, 2017, at 11:00 AM from the Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. She is survived by her brother, Robert Kennedy (Brenda) of Tampa, Florida; sister, Kristi Neal (Richard) of Prattville, Alabama; Two nieces, Victoria and Olivia Kennedy; three nephews, Dean and Dustin Harris, Richard Neal and great nephew, Leo Harris. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Patricia Kennedy. Mrs. Vickie loved to spend time with her family. She was a go getter and loved life. She enjoyed finding antiques and doing arts and crafts. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 09, from 10:00AM until service time, at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
