Taylor, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, formerly of Springfield, Virginia, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015, at the age of 65. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Cunningham Funeral Home, Springfield, Virginia. Burial will follow in Sydenstricker United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughter, Kathi Mosley of Tallassee, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles H. and Frances E. Harbaugh.
