Dave Barkalow officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing.Mrs. Woodall is survived by her sons, Dr. Bud Woodall (Leanne) and David Woodall (Sherry) and her son-at-heart, Warren Tate. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Rebecca Claire Woodall, Daniel Woodall and Lizzy Woodall; her sister, Vivian Toellner (Bruce) and several nieces and nephews.Mrs. Woodall is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. W.
