Funeral services will be Thursday, August 11, 2016, at 11:00AM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Abrams is survived by her son, Eric Phillips (Robyne); mother, Mrs. Elsie Small; grandchildren, Russell Phillips, Rutland Phillips, Jordan Floyd, Tatum Jones and Rileigh Jones; brothers, Alan Small and Russell Small (Garith); niece, Amanda Elkins (Robbie) and their son, Logan Elkins. She is preceded in death by her father, Mr. A. C. Small. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 11th, from 10:00AM until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
