Steve Vernon and Rev. William Meadows officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 28, 2010, from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Hammond is survived by her son, Mr. Blair D. Rodriguez (Jeannie); 8 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; 14 Great Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Great Grandchild. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Virginia P. (Milam) Vernon and Mrs. Lucille (Milam) Goodman and a brother, Mr. H. Clinton Milam.Mrs. Hammond is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Woodie C. Hammond; children, Billie Jean H. Garnett (David T.) and Dorothy Ann H. Rodriguez; parents, Albert L. Milam and Eunice A. McClellan Milam and siblings, O. Odell Milam, Lessie J. Milam, A. Talmadge Milam, Ivy L. Milam, Daniel W. Milam, Opal J.
