Mrs. Mary Frances Miller

Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mrs. Mary Frances Sego Miller, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the age of 92. Funeral services will be Friday, September 19, 2014, at 2:00pm from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Bower officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 75 years, Fletcher Horace Miller; children, Sego Miller, Tony (Carolyn) Miller, Joan (Donald) Jones, Rosemary (Tommy) King and Hal (Paula) Miller; sister, Ethel Hunt; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-seven great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Minnie Sego; two sisters, Ruth Phillips and Louise White; two grandsons, John Allen King and Donald Leslie Jones, Jr., and great granddaughter, Ivory Michelle Gates Jones. Mrs. Miller was a member of First Presbyterian Church, where she taught Sunday School for over fifty years and enjoyed singing in the choir. She retired from Mt. Vernon Mills in Tallassee, Alabama. The family will receive friends Friday, September 19, 2014 from 1:00pm until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
