Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mrs. Mary Frances Davidson, a resident of Tallassee, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 1:00 pm from the Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ryan Martin and Rev. Tom Skeen officiating. Burial will follow in Carrville Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Davidson is survived by her son, Don and Renee Davidson; daughter, Harriett D. Brooks; grandchildren, Casey Davidson, Jennifer and Lanier Burton and Lorisa and Shane Yankey; great grandchildren, Dylan Davidson, Abby and Shelby Flurry, Cal Burton, Adam Burton, Lane Yankey and Harlie Yankey and her chosen grandson, Rich Thomas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harley A. Davidson; son-in-law, Ben T. “Bubber” Brooks; grandson, Ben T. “Trey” Brooks, lll; sister, Margie Ruth Jones and her granddaughter, Yvonne P. Davidson. Known as Mom, Grandmama, G.G. and Sister – she was truly beloved by all. As she spent many years living on Lake Martin, cross country road trips, countless days shopping and yelling “War Eagle”, she loved life. The family extends heartfelt thanks for the loving and caring staffs of Tallassee Assisted Living / Nursing Home and the CVICU at East Alabama Medical Center.
