Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 11:00AM at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel, with Steve Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Rowe is survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ted Rowe; parents, Sophia and John Parker Short; her brothers and sisters, Carrie Bridgman, Jewel Morgan, John Short, Garfield Short, Bolden Short, Etta Kelly, Nola Hall, Flora Belle Short and Dorothy Rawlinson.
