Durbin, a resident of Alexander City, Alabama, formerly of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at the age of 88. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 20, 2014, at 2:00pm at Tallaweka Baptist Church with Rev. Isaac Kervin officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Durbin is survived by her daughter, Virginia Fuller (William); sons, James Earl Durbin (Sheila) and Jones Monroe Durbin (Debra); daughter-in-law, Shelby Durbin; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Grady Earl Durbin; sons, Robert “Bobby” Marvin Durbin and Danny Wayne Durbin and parents, Otto Pellar and Katie Mae Jones. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tallaweka Baptist Church, 1419 Gilmer Avenue, Tallassee, Alabama 36078.
