Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mrs. Marie Ledbetter, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away, Thursday, August 31, 2017, at the age of 79. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. Burial will follow in Union United Methodist Church Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Ledbetter is survived by her husband, James D. Ledbetter, six children, Ricky Ledbetter, Cheryl Harvey, Gary Ledbetter, Shelia Williams, Celena Rutherford (Ronnie) and Scottie Ledbetter (Brandi); seventeen grandchildren, Crystal Stewart (Eddie), Wendi Witherington (Eric), Brandi Ledbetter, Miranda Nelson, Kayla, Jessica and Christina Harvey, Megan and Autumn Ledbetter, Jenna Woods, Kaytlin Williams, Blake, Zoe and Emma Rutherford and Josh, Addison, and Alyssa Ledbetter; fourteen great grand children, Kali, Parker, Bailee, Hana, Jaylin, Belle, Preston, Elijah, Jaycee, Khole, Gracie, James, Jacob and Madeline; great great grandchild, Adalyn; brother , Lewis Cole and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ledbetter is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Susie Cole; grandchild, Jessie Ledbetter; sister, Dorothy Arrington and her brother, Clarence Cole.
