Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Mel Jones: children, Darius Daugherty (Caroline), Brian Jones (Cindy), Wynette Bass (Keith), Ladonna Combs (Patrick); grandchildren, Kaelle and Tansi Daugherty, Taylor, Morgan and Avery Jones, Michael Bass (Carrena), Jessica Bass and Lauren Combs; sister, Reni Riden and several nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly. Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her parents, James and Trudy Miller and brother, Charles Miller. Maria was proud of her career in the United States Air Force and Civil Service.
