Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6, 2021at 3:00PM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Gary R. Granger; two daughters, Jessica Barfield (Floyd), Heather Bentley; three grandchildren, Nicole Barfield, Justin Giddens and Christopher Absher; sister, Jeanette Hamlin and nephews, Jeff Hamlin (Danielle) and Adam Hamlin. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Jewel Sowards and brother, Jimmy Sowards She loved her family, reading, cooking and sewing. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 2:30PM until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
