Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mrs. Jean Kersey, a resident of Reeltown, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at the age of 77. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 2:00pm from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Saugahatchee Assembly of God Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Kersey is survived by her son, Phillip Lamar Kersey (Jeannie) and daughter, Sharon Lee (Frank); grandchildren, Angela Hall (Anthony), Thomas Lee, David Kersey and Mollie Norton (Joe); great grandchildren, Michael Hall, Harley Lee and Nicholas Hooks; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kersey is preceded in death by her husband, Marlin J. Kersey; parents, George and Iris Brewer and sisters, Betty Gibson, Lucille Waters and Mary Jo Mancil.
