Memorial services will be Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Sparks and Rev. Gene Bridgman officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Elaine is survived by her children, Susan Pettis (Wayne), Craig Guy (Sue), Amy Steele (Steve); eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; brother, Larkin Formby; two sisters, Mondean Formby and Katie Owens (Dan). She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Albert Guy, Jr.; siblings, Dewey Formby, Mary Lou Formby, Lamar Formby, Marie Pitts, Ray Formby, Phillip Rodrick Formby and Kelly Formby. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home, Tallassee, Alabama.
