Funeral services will be Thursday, October 01, 2015, at 2:00 PM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Michael McElroy officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Ballard is survived by her sister, Mrs. Doris Lazzeri; nieces, Terry Adair and Michelle Hammonds and nephew, Michael Lazzeri. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Andrew Worley and Eva Mae Clayton Worley and her niece, Kathy Jean Barker.
