Memorial services will be Friday, January 24, 2020 at 4:00PM at Living Waters Worship Center with Chris Whittington officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Lacy is survived by her son, John Papenleur and brother, Andrew Papenleur (Tami); nephews, Andrew Papenleur, Jr. and Josh Griffin.
