John Carney officiating. Burial will follow in Carrville Cemetery.Mrs. Wallace is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Carla Wallace Boone (Marshall) and her son, Mr. Thomas Michael Wallace (Laura); grandchildren, Jonathan Boone (Jacklyn), Ashley Boone Ames (Timothy), Katy Barton (Michael), Heather Wallace and Thomas Michael Wallace, II (Rachel); great grandchildren, Jackson Trace Boone, Jon Taylor Boone, Kayleigh Elizabeth Ames, Anna Jenkins, Scarlet Barton, Logan Michael Barton, William Reed Barton and Cahnon Capri Wallace.She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Carl C. Wallace. Mrs. Wallace was a faithful member of Carrville Baptist Church for many years. She also was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Colonial Dames, Jamestown Society and several other historical associations.Mrs. Wallace was a certified registered nurse anesthetist for forty years and had worked for East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, and Community Hospital in Tallassee, Alabama.The family will receive friends Thursday, January 06, 2011, from 10:00am until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.Online condolences are available at www.jeffcoatfuneralhome.com.
