Funeral services will be Monday, November 21, 2011, at 11:00am from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Travis Bittle and Pastor Stan Vetter officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Coggins is survived by her husband, Mr. William Hepburn; sons, Ray Stodghill, Stephen Stodghill, Shane Byas and Jason Coggins and seven grandchildren. Mrs. Coggins was a hard worker, loved her friends and will be greatly missed by all of her family who loved her so much.
