Memorial services will be Tuesday, June 04, 2013, at 10:30am at York Baptist Church, York, Alabama, with Rev. David Wilkinson officiating. Mrs. Billingsley is survived by her daughters, Laurel B. Mattox (Al) and Carole B. Welborn; grandchildren, Anna Mattox, Sara Mattox and Blake Welborn; sister, Mary Evelyn Street Finlay; several nieces, nephews and family friend, Ashley Welborn. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ocie Edward Billingsley, III. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to services at York Baptist Church, York, Alabama.
