Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at 10:30am from Elam Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 14, Tallassee, Alabama, with Rev. Cade Farris officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing.Mrs. McGhee is survived by her daughter-in-law, Edna McGhee; two granddaughters, Stephanie Steuer (Chris) and Jenni Wade (Greg); six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Dewitt McGhee and a son, Roger McGhee.Mrs. McGhee was a member of First Baptist Church, Opelika, Alabama, for many years.Active pallbearers will be her grandsons-in-law and her nephews.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
