Mr. Wallace Terrell Harrison

Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Wallace Terrell Harrison, a resident of Lutz, Florida, formerly of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at the age of 73. Funeral services will be Sunday, August 30, 2015, at 3:00 PM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Harrison is survived by his mother, Mrs. Marguerite Jenkins; daughters, Tina Harrison Schettina (David) and Cindy Harrison Davis (Gary); grandchildren, Cortney Bruce, Kristen Bruce, Megan Davis and Ashlynn Davis; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Short Harrison; father, James Leonard Harrison and his grandson, Justin Davis. He was a devoted and loving son, husband, father and grandfather. Wallace worked hard his entire life to provide for his family. He loved travelling and spending time with his family and friends. After the death of his wife, he became very involved and close with his neighbors, often being referred as the “Mayor of Bittern Avenue”. He will truly be missed, especially his sense of humor and his dedication to family and friends.
