He was born February 13, 1968 to Aubrey and Barbara Smith. Mr. Smith is survived by his daughter, Leanna Smith; son, Cody Smith; mother, Barbara Ann Smith; sister, Isabelle Smith and cousin, Carol Atwell. He is preceded in death by his father, Aubrey Smith.
