Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Robert Earl “Bobby” Cox, a resident of Shorter, Alabama, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015, at the age of 82. Funeral services will be Sunday, August 2, 2015, at 3:00pm from Bradford Chapel, Shorter, Alabama, with Rev. Lori Shelton-Puckett officiating. Graveside services will be Monday, August 3, 2015 at 4:00 pm at L.D.S. Cemetery in Sarah, Mississippi, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Cox is survived by his sisters, Sara Pierce (William), Phyllis Green and Martha Nance. He is preceded in death by his father, Bert Cox; mother and step father, Carrie Lee and James Reed Frazier; sister, Ginny Anderson and brother, James Reed Frazier, Jr. Bobby was proud of his service in the U.S.ARMY Airborne. He had a passion for dog training and was very active with Gray Hound Pets for America, helping gray hounds to be adopted for pets.
