Mr. Burnett is survived by his daughters, Cecile Bea McKelvey, Sonora P. Russell (Jerry) and Kesha G. Burnett; grandchildren, Summer and Nicholas McKelvey, Trey Colley and Logan Railey; brother, Ray Burnett (Julia).
