He was born October 18, 1966 in Tallassee, Alabama to Joe and Mary Davis. He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Dewayne Davis. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe Persey and Mary Charlotte Davis and his brother, Joe Fredrick Davis. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
