Mark is survived by his wife, Mrs. Terrie Thornton; children, Lindsay Ann Purtill (Matt), Nicholas Allen Ward (Courtney) and Courtni Alyson Ward; grandchildren, Sebastian Robert Ward and Maclain Carlyle Ward; sister, Sherri Ward Bolton (Bob); nieces and nephews, Cassie, Parker, Bryce and Bailey Bolton. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Peggy Ward and niece, Hannah Bolton. Mark was a proud father and grandfather, and lover of all things Auburn. He will be missed dearly by his family.
