Mr. Segura is survived by his wife of 11 years, Ethel Sequra; children, Michael Segura (Khristena Mobley), Ronnie Gilbert Segura, Carla Ortiz (Richard) and Carl Hall (Rochelle Tabin); ten grandchildren; siblings; Oralia Estrada (Jose Luis), Elfren Barriga, Diana B. (Caesar), Blanca Brito, Carlos Segura, Linda Santibanez, Annabel Guttierrez and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
