Graveside services will be Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at 11:30am at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Rusty is survived by his daughter, Christie Blackwell (Josh) of Birmingham, Alabama; father, Larry Glass (Libby) of Tallassee, Alabama; granddaughter, Whitten Blackwell of Birmingham, Alabama; sisters, Amy Glass of Lake Martin, AL, Marianne Miller (Scotty) of New Mexico and April Tillery (Jeff) of Auburn, AL; brother, Paul Glass of Tallassee, AL; nieces, Blane and Anna Tillery and Morgan Miller; nephews, Bryce and Brayden Glass and step-sister, Tracy Baker (Tony). He is preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Barbara Glass. Rusty graduated from Tallassee High School as a member of the Class of 1975. He attended Marion Institute and played football there for two years and later attended Troy University.
