Funeral services will be Monday, July 3, 2017, at 2:00PM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bo Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow Old Watsons Chapel Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Capps is survived by his wife, Stacy Lantz Capps; children, Kristopher James, Kasey Jayne, Kevin Michael, Kathryn Jayde; mother, Billie Ann Haskins Ford; brothers, John A. Capps, John (Duck) F. Capps Jr. (Sherry) and Benjamin (Benny) Capps. He is preceded in death by his father, John F. Capps and his brother, Thomas A. Capps.
