Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at 11:00 AM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Derek Gentle officiating. Burial will follow in Carrville Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Scroggins is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ruth Mayer Scroggins; brother, James Scroggins; aunt, Dorothy Mayer Zukowski and cousins, Diane Zukowski Crim and Charles Zukowski. Mr. Scroggins is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Seevers Scroggins and father, Willie Esther Scroggins.
