He was born April 11, 1939, in Titus, Alabama, to Mr. Lester and Mrs, Essie Jones. Mr. Jones is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mrs. Geraldine Jones; sons, Roger Jones (Deena), Brad Jones (Tracy), Benjamin Strength (Christy), Max Jones (Abby), Thomas Jones and Richard Jones; brother, Tom Jones; sister, Mary Fulmer; sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Lester and Mrs. Essie Jones; sons, Randall Jones, Tommy Earl Jones and Lawrence Glenn Jones. Mr. Jones served his country in the United States Air Force for 21 years. Mr. Jones was an avid worker and dedicated to taking care of his family. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 30, 2022, from 10:00am until 11:00am at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
