Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. James “Robert” Stinchcomb, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012, at the age of 76. Funeral services will be Monday, December 17, 2012, at 1:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donald DeLee and Bro. Jim Craft officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Primitive Baptist Cemetery, Equality, Alabama. Mr. Stinchcomb is survived by his wife, Mrs. Era Jean Stinchcomb; two sons, Wallace Rayfield (Cindy) and John Stinchcomb (Mikki); daughter, Teresa James (Mickey); grandchildren, Hunter and Alex Rayfield, Lauren Howell, Ryder and Ethan Stinchcomb, Tommy James (Amber), Haley Sparks (Chase) and Laura Ehrhart (Austin); great grandchildren, Allison and Morgan Ehrhart; sister, Pauline Nelson and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Stinchcomb was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a Christian man and loved his family more than anything else in the world. He retired from Uniroyal after 21 years and became an avid deer hunter. The family will receive friends, Sunday, December 16, 2012, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
