Funeral services will be Sunday, April 15, 2012, at 3:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Clayton Smith officiating, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Dillard is survived by his sons, Kevin Dillard (Hayley) and Joel Dillard (Kristi Reeves); 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Jerry Dillard; ex-wife, Betty Kelly; 3 nephews and 1 niece. He is preceded in death by his son, W.C. Dillard; daughter, Miriam Dillard and parents, W.C. and Mildred Dillard.
