Memorial services will be Friday, November 13, 2015, at 11:00 am from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. Burial will follow in Carrville Cemetery with Masonic Rites. Mr. Cowan is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mrs. Edith Cowan; children, Christine West (Mike), Lori Davis (Jay), Mike Cowan (Lisa), Debby Headley (Tracy), Richard Hutchinson and Robert Hutchinson; twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and brother, Phil Cowan (Jan).
