Lumpkin, a resident of Pell City, Alabama, formerly of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at the age of 89. Mr. Lumpkin is survived by his children, Linda Brooks, Alan Lumpkin, Robby Lumpkin; brothers, B.J. Lumpkin, Robert Lumpkin; sisters, Sarah Forbus and Betty Allen.
