He was born in Chilton County, Alabama to Mr. Morrell and Mrs. Frances Baker. Mr. Baker is survived by his cousin, Joann Johnston and husband Edlow and many other cousins. Mr. Baker is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Morrell and Mrs. Frances Baker and his sister, Elaine Baker.
