Mr. Herman Ray Knapp

Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Herman R. Knapp, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the age of 98. He was born August 15, 1923, in Seaboard, Alabama to William and Julia Knapp. Mr. Knapp is survived by his wife, Ethel Knapp; stepson, Ronnie E. Brantley; three step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren. Mr. Knapp is preceded in death by his parents, William and Julia Knapp; siblings, Jesse, Melvin, Henry, Alton, Clarence, Ben, Ruby, Dollie, Lola, Ethel and Jewel. Mr. Knapp served his Lord and Savior as a Minister for many years. He was a retired Probation Officer with the state of Alabama. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 1:00PM until service time at 2:00PM at Jeffcoat Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery with Pastor Kenneth Ball officiating.
