Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Fred Dozier, Jr., a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the age of 85. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 2:30PM from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Isaac Kervin officiating. Burial will follow in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Dozier is survived by his sisters, Martha Wyatt (Jimmy), Mayomie Leverett (Eugene), Alice Spano (Ken) and Connie Smith (Lonnie); several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Fred, Sr. and Willie Dozier and his sister, Esther Brady. The family will receive friends also Tuesday, April 19th, from 1:30PM until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home. Mr. Dozier was an avid outdoorsman, a true man’s man.
