Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Clayton Edward Dunavant, a resident of Eclectic, Alabama, passed away Friday, October 31, 2014, at the age of 53. Graveside services will be Monday, November 3, 2014, at 11:00am at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Eclectic, Alabama, with Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Dunavant is survived by his wife of 33 years, Mrs. Cathy Poe Dunavant, parents: Mr. and Mrs. Thomas E. Dunavant, daughters: Erika Haley Dunavant, Mr. and Mrs. Emily Christian Antoniak, with his first granddaughter expected this February, sisters: Dr. and Mr. Melissa Robinson, Jean and Mark Calkin, Vanessa and Mike Dunn, and many more loved ones. He is preceded in death by his older siblings: Mark Thomas Dunavant, Brian Edward Dunavant and Kay Elaine Gianos. Clayton was, in every facet of his being, a family man. The love of his life, Cathy, and his “two beautiful girls,” as he always said, were the center of his world, as he was theirs. Clayton will be forever missed and remembered for his unyielding generosity and selflessness, his infectious smile, sense of humor and his love for life and making everyone else’s that much better. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 2, 2014, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Sunshine Center, P. O.
