Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Charles Frederick Gregory, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away in his home on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at the age of 84. He was born August 1, 1936 to Christian parents, Fred and Lee Dell Gregory. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Carolyn D. Gregory; two sons, Dudley C. Gregory (Rebecca) and Derick C. Gregory (Shay); two daughters, Derona G. Wilson and Dana G. Gunn (Stacey); grandchildren, Robin Swicord (Scott), Lance Gunn (Shelby), Kayce Chandler (Ryan), Luke Gunn (Brittney) and Reagan Newman; great grandchildren, Daisy Jelinek (Thomas), Reid Swicord, Bella Nonales, Riley Swicord, Penelope Nonales, Emma Nonales, Wheaton Gunn, Preston Chandler and Cooper Gunn; one brother, Wayne Gregory (Barbara); two sisters, Kay Webster (Roy), Sandra McGhar (Sam). He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lee Dell Gregory. Charles was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to everyone. He loved his family and Farm. A special thank you to Community Hospice and his caregiver Jackie Lynn. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 1, 2021, at 12:30 PM until service time at 1:30 PM at Carrville Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Davis officiating.
