Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. L. A. Wisener, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013, at the age of 72. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at 12:00 noon from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Mr. Wisener is survived by his daughter, Pamela Cosby (Todd); son, Tommy Wisener (Jill); granddaughter, Rena Killough (Peter); grandsons, Jacob and Brody Wisener; great grandson, Barrett Killough; sisters, Betty Sloan (Jimmy), Linda Hammock, Becky Carlisle and Micki Hornsby (Donald); brothers, William Wisener (Gail) and Frank Wisener (Barbara) and several nieces, nephews and cousins. L. A. is preceded in death by his wife of forty years, Mrs. Yvonne Hammock Wisener. For the many years he enjoyed coaching Little League and Dixie Youth Baseball, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the Tallassee Athletic Department, 502 Barnett Blvd., Tallassee, Alabama 36078.
