Jeffcoat Funeral Home 255 Friendship Road Tallassee, AL 36078 Tel (334) 283-6801 Mr. Joseph “Joe” Dale Lee, a resident of Morris, Alabama, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011, at the age of 71. Funeral services will be Monday, January 2, 2012, at 1:00pm from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Macon Baptist Church Cemetery, Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing. Joe was a retired jewelry store manager and supervisor with Lorch’s, Inc. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, father–in–law, brother, uncle and friend. Mr. Lee is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Vivian Foster Lee; daughter, Shannon Lee of Morris, Al.; son, Joseph D. Lee, II of Camp Hill, Al.; granddaughter, Adrienne Setzer Bibb (Jerrod); grandson, Braxton Setzer; great grandson, Brodie Bibb all of Morris, Al.; two sisters, Mary Hanna (Phil) of Notasulga, Al. and Betty Stephens of Tallassee, Al.; four brothers, Willie Lee (Vicki), Jerry Lee (Patsy), Ralph Lee (Sheila) all of Notasulga, Al. and James Lee (Jo Ann) of Wetumpka, Al.; brother-in-law, James Foster, Jr. (Frances) of Montgomery, Al. and a host of extended relatives and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Grace Lee; sister, Virginia Lee; three brothers, Dickey, Earl and Johnny Lee; parents- in-law, James D. and Cora R. Foster. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 1, 2012, from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made in memory of Joseph D.
