A proud alumnus of Auburn University, Mark earned his engineering degree, a testament to his keen mind and unwavering perseverance. This foundation paved the way for a career characterized by leadership and service, most notably through his ownership and management of the Mok Insurance Agency. There, his vision and steadfast work ethic fostered trust and reliability within the community, hallmarks of a man who bore great responsibility with grace and integrity.

Mark's life was also deeply intertwined with family, the cornerstone of his existence. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Billy and Norvell Stough, whose memory he carried forward with reverence. Surviving him are his cherished siblings, Terry Stough, Ricky Joe Stough and his wife Cherre, Craig Stough, and Laura Kelly along with her husband Eric. These siblings, bound by a lifetime of shared experiences and mutual affection, stand as living testaments to Mark's enduring legacy. Furthermore, his life was enriched by the presence of several nieces, nephews, and other special loved ones, each a recipient of his kindness and warmth.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 17, 2026, from 10:00AM until service time at 11:00AM, at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating.
