Navy (Retired), a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Monday, March 02, 2015, at the age of 50. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 07, 2015, at 1:00pm from Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Bridgman officiating. Burial will follow in Elam Baptist Cemetery with Military Honors, Jeffcoat Funeral Home Directing. Mr. Wisener is survived by his wife, Tammie L. Wisener; children – Richard, Joshua, Labarcia and Joseph Wisener; sisters, Lisa McGhar (Michael) and Melanie Daniel; brother, Victor Duke Wisener (Kathy); several nieces and nephews and his four-legged companion, Saban. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Kay Wisener. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 07, 2015, from 12:00 noon until service time at Jeffcoat Funeral Home.
