James H Copeland

Mr. James H. Copeland, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025, at the age of 85. He was born July 9, 1939, in Warrior, Alabama, to William C. and Ruth Hoagland Copeland.

Mr. Copeland is survived by his wife, Nell Copeland; sons, James H. Copeland, Jr. and Danny Devine; daughters, Suzanne Stewart (William) and Beverly Douthit (Charlie); grandchildren, Cooper Douthit, Elton Douthit, Bailey Douthit, Joshua Douthit, Jim Stewart, Jordan Stewart, Ragan Stewart and Steven Devine and great grandchildren, Mary Helen Douthit and Imogene Frances Douthit.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruth Copeland.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
