Ida Lee York

Ms. Ida York, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at the age of 84. She was born January 2, 1939, in Stewart Mississippi, to Hobson Lee and Willie B. (Lydia) Peacock Vaughn.

Ms. York is survived by her son, Douglas W. York (Katy); daughter, Angela D. Lang (Tim); grandchildren, Dylan York (Shelby), Dustin York, Dalton York (Alyssa) and Leah Corbin (Blake); great grandchildren, Piper York, Hank York and Oliver Corbin.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hobson and Lydia Vaughn.

Ms. York loved the Lord, her family and friends and she loved to make people laugh.
