Dina K. Clark, a creative soul, devoted mother, and spirited entrepreneur, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026. Born on March 1, 1961, in Ashland, Kentucky, Dina lived a life full of love, creativity, and connection.

Dina was known for her artistic talent and entrepreneurial drive. While raising her daughters, she owned and operated an art gallery and sign shop, pouring her heart into every piece she created. Her creativity wasn’t just a gift—it was a way of life that she shared with everyone around her.

In her professional life, Dina also served as an administrator and worked in marketing, where she found joy in supporting and advocating for the elderly. Her compassion and ability to connect with others made a lasting impact on the lives she touched.

Dina had a wild and joyful spirit. She loved to sing with her children and grandchildren—songs that will continue to echo through generations. From “Sipping Cider Through a Straw” to “Mary Poppins,” those moments of laughter and music became cherished traditions that her great-grandchildren will carry on.

Above all, Dina was an incredible mother and grandmother. Her greatest work, however, was the love she shared with her own mother. Their bond was unwavering and stands as a beautiful example of unconditional love.

She is survived by her daughters, Christy Goodwin (Tommy) and Kelly Warnick (Edward); stepson, Robbie Clark (Kim); and mother, Darlene Clutters Chaffin. Dina’s legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Abigail Healy (Jack), Olivia Moeshlin, Devin Goodwin (Chezney), Cailey Richardson (Brady), Chloe Butler (Jason), Bailey Goodwin, Brady Goodwin, Gavin Bowen, Emma Bowen, Ethan Clark, Colby Clark, Peyton Ledbetter, Brandon Clark, Samantha Clark, and Gabriel Clark; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Sophia, Liam, and Adeline. She also leaves behind a nephew, Michael Chaffin (Sarah), who held a special place in her heart.

Dina is preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Moeshlin; husband, David Clark; father, C. E. Chaffin; and brother, Alan Chaffin. Their memories remain an integral part of the life she lived and the family she loved so deeply.

A Celebration of Life to honor Dina’s remarkable journey and the warmth she brought to so many will be announced at a later date.

Dina K. Clark will be remembered for her creativity, her vibrant spirit, and the deep, enduring love she had for her family.
