Jeffcoat Funeral Home255 Friendship RoadTallassee, AL 36078Tel (334) 283-6801 Carolyn Dean Aaron, a resident of Eclectic, Alabama, for most of her life, passed away Wednesday morning, December 15, 2010, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.Funeral services will be Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 11:00am from First Baptist Church, Eclectic, Alabama, with Rev. Robert Williamson officiating.Carolyn will lie in state at the church one hour prior to services.Burial will follow in Bethlehem East Baptist Church Cemetery, Kent, Alabama, with Jeffcoat Funeral Home directing.Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Warren Aaron; her sons, Wren Aaron (Sherry) and Ashley Aaron (Clay); daughter and best friend, Alicia Aaron Blevins (Michael) and her mother, Mary Turner Dean. She will be especially missed by her precious grandchildren, Kailey Birkeland (Dru), Lauren Aaron, Will Aaron, Thomas Aaron and Mary Ellen Marvel, who all knew her as Nana. She is also survived by her sister, Linda Dean Marvel (Jimmy); sisters-in-law, Vivian Aaron Martin (Bill) and Mary Jewel Aaron Williams (Don); brother-in-law, Wilbur Aaron; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and great nephews.Carolyn is preceded in death by her father, Clayton Dean and one brother, Harold Wayne Dean, Sr.The family will receive friends Friday, December 17, 2010, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Jeffcoat Funeral Home, Tallassee, Alabama.Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Elmore County Childrens Home, P.
